MorphiSync Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how MorphiSync ("MorphiSync," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information in connection with the MorphiSync mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information in connection with your use of the App:
- Profile information: information you provide about yourself, such as profile details and fitness or health goals.
- Health and fitness data you log: workouts, nutrition information, biomarkers, and other health- or fitness-related information you choose to enter into the App.
- Images you upload: photos you submit for AI-powered features, including body scan, skin analysis, meal analysis, and blood-test analysis.
- Community content: posts, comments, and images you submit to the App's Community functionality, which may be visible to other users.
- Account and authentication information: information needed to create and access your account, including where you choose to authenticate using Google or Apple.
- Subscription and purchase information: information related to MorphiSync Pro subscription status, processed via RevenueCat and the applicable app-store payment system.
- Usage and analytics information: information about how you interact with the App, collected via PostHog.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the App and its features;
- Generate AI-powered outputs and estimates based on the information and images you provide;
- Enable Community functionality, including displaying posts, comments, and images you choose to share with other users;
- Process and manage MorphiSync Pro subscription entitlement and purchases;
- Maintain and improve the App through product analytics; and
- Respond to your requests, including data export and account deletion requests.
3. AI and Image Processing
Certain MorphiSync features use artificial intelligence to analyze information and images you provide, including for body scan, skin analysis, meal analysis, and blood-test analysis. To provide these features, the relevant information and images are routed through Supabase Edge Functions and processed using AI models accessed via OpenRouter and OpenAI.
AI-generated health and fitness outputs and metrics produced by the App are estimates only. They are not medical advice and are not professional medical diagnoses. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any health or medical concerns.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
MorphiSync uses the following third-party service providers to operate the App. Providing App functionality necessarily involves sharing relevant information with these providers so that they can perform their function; this is not a claim that MorphiSync never shares information with third parties.
- Supabase: used for database infrastructure, authentication, and related data storage.
- OpenRouter and OpenAI: used to process AI requests (including image-based analysis) routed through Supabase Edge Functions.
- RevenueCat: used to manage MorphiSync Pro subscription entitlement and purchase infrastructure, and to communicate with the applicable app-store payment system (Apple App Store / Google Play).
- PostHog: used for product analytics.
- Google and Apple: may be used as authentication providers if you choose to sign in using those services.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
MorphiSync Pro subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat, which communicates with the applicable app-store payment system (Apple App Store or Google Play) to process purchases and manage subscription entitlement. MorphiSync does not directly store your payment-card information. Payment information is handled by the applicable app-store payment system.
6. Data Storage and Security
Information you provide to the App is stored using Supabase's database and storage infrastructure. We take steps intended to protect information within the App, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Analytics
We use PostHog to collect product analytics that help us understand how the App is used and to improve its functionality.
8. User Data Controls
The App provides functionality that allows you to export your data and to delete your account. You can use these controls directly within the App.
9. Account Deletion
You may delete your account using the account deletion functionality provided within the App. Deleting your account removes your access to the App under that account; certain information may be retained where necessary as part of underlying infrastructure (for example, Supabase) or as required for legitimate operational or legal purposes.
10. Children's Privacy / Age Requirements
MorphiSync is intended for users aged 16 and older. If you believe a child under this age has provided us with information in violation of this Privacy Policy, please contact us using the information below.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
